vivimos en una pais que nada es de uno sino del big brother que te quita hasta un simple website cuando tratas de decir un poco de basura ya sea verdad o mentira

I can across something very strange. It seems that the DHS has seized a website that violates no law but perhaps has spread the truth about something some group high up doesn't want made public. Any cybersleuts out there able to figure out some details of all of this? Isn't such a takedown of a site unconstitutional and challangeable in a court of law?
